Nativity Barbershop Opens Its Doors

Nativity kicked off the new school year with the official unveiling of our brand-new on-campus barbershop! Students, families, staff, local barbers, board members, and friends gathered during Back-to-School Night to celebrate the opening, which included the first student haircuts and a special blessing from the Oblates. We are incredibly grateful to Gibson’s for making this space possible and investing in a new experience for our young men.

More than a place for a fresh cut, the Nativity Barbershop is designed to be a space for mentorship, conversation, and connection. Throughout the year, we look forward to welcoming community leaders and guests for thoughtful conversations, small-group discussions, and panels that expose our students to new perspectives, positive role models, and opportunities.

The barbershop also represents the kind of community we are building at Nativity, one where supporters can bring their time, talent, and treasure to create meaningful experiences for our students. Thanks to Gibson’s, we began the year with a great example of what is possible when our community comes together around our young men. The Nativity Barbershop is officially open, and we are excited for all that will happen within its walls!
